Embracing Innovation While Keeping the Train Running

Many healthcare organizations are eager to embrace innovation but find it difficult to prioritize with so many near-term challenges. We’ll explore how an in-house Innovation Studio can enable a pathway for bringing new capabilities into the mix without disrupting the day-to-day.

We will introduce a method for creating and sustaining an innovation capability that enables small, mid-sized, and regional organizations to take advantage of new tech and innovation on the horizon. We’ll explore a scenario together on the use of an AI Chatbot, such as ChatGPT, as a near-term capability.

Optional Add-On: Visiting the Metaverse in healthcare

The predominance of virtual worlds in our society is close to inevitable. The applications of the Metaverse for healthcare are growing rapidly. Like many emerging technologies the Metaverse can be accessible as an enabling tool for innovative healthcare organizations of all sizes. Many values-driven organizations are committed to ensuring that emerging tech is accessible to those with low-income or who are often overlooked.

There is nothing like experiencing new ideas firsthand, so we will provide a chance to visit other realms using a virtual reality headset. We’ll follow our journey with some grounding on the shape and trajectory of the Metaverse and its anticipated applications in healthcare. Then the group will develop some distinct use cases through our collaborative visioning methodology. And finally, we’ll close with some practical next steps to take away with you.

Those who are interested may elect to stay to explore virtual reality for an additional 45 min after closing.

This fee includes one full day of facilitated sessions, a custom Data Pack that supports the scenarios, and a summary of takeaways. The fees also cover lunch during the event and a networking event after.

Cancellation policy: We will provide a 40% refund for cancellations before August 15th. Cancellations after that date cannot be accommodated due hotel requirements. As an alternative, participants who are unable to attend may consider sending another representative. Please contact the Spring Street Exchange team to confirm eligibility for changes in attendance.

Paloozas provide a roundtable format for big picture thinking. Attendees develop scenarios to explore where healthcare may be headed. The work is grounded in data via Spring Street’s custom and proprietary Data Pack. Our Palooza format has been enhanced over the years, and participants walk away feeling invigorated and equipped to tackle large challenges.

Participants are C-Suite executives from payers, providers, health systems, public health, and community-based organizations. The small group format includes a maximum of 20 participants, with about half Palooza alumni. Spring Street curates a group for each Palooza to include a variety of roles, sectors of the industry, and areas of leadership. We regret that we are not able to offer seats to all requests due to the small group environment. We will remain in touch with all who inquire for future opportunities.
